Facility Assessment Set

The Facility Assessment Set includes a facility assessment policy and sample facility assessment that can be used to comply with the new requirements that were published in the Minimum Staffing Standards Final Rule. The purpose of these documents is to ensure that facilities have an efficient process for consistently assessing and documenting the necessary resources and staff that facilities require to provide ongoing care for their populations, which is based on the specific needs of their residents.
